Wanted to ask can getting front dental crowns at the age of 21 cause damage in the inner teeth and probable need for extraction of the teeth in the future?

Is it common for patients to get their teeth crowned for smile designing? Everyone tells me I should have gone for ortho treatment but alignment was not a problem for me. I wanted to change how my teeth looked. Was it a bad decision?

I am 21 years old. I have got crowns done on front 4 teeth for smile designing but haven't got rct done. I'm moving to USA next year. I have heard crowns can lead to sensitivity issue. In case anything like that happens in the next 2 years when I'll be a student there, I will not be able to afford treatment there. Should I get my rct done before hand then?

I got dental crowns for smile designing before moving abroad for my new life ahead. But now that i read more about it, I see there are more complications. I might get teeth decay, teeth sensitivity, may lose my teeth inside too. I am regretting my decision now. I did this so that I can look good when I start my new life there because I hated my smile. But now I'm scared of the complications and I'm deciding to give up on my dreams and stay here so that I can solve any issues here. Was it a very wrong decision?

Hello dear Doctors Greetings. Hope you and your near ones are doing goo at this hour of the pandemic. Kindly help. Two days ago while ingesting, I accidentally did bite my cheek inside the mouth, left middle jaw. Since yesterday I see my left cheek is swollen and a deep cut has been formed like a canker sore. I am chewing food using the right side. I am taking Clavam for the time being since yesterday twice a day and applying Zytee. I am in too much pain. Kindly advice what else I need to do. The sore is deep coz of my bite. Your input is highly appreciated. Thanks and regards Ishani

A 3 teeth Dental Bridge was fitted to me in 2009, now, after 12 years it has some movement and sensitivity, so It has removed recently and in one teeth RCT done by qualified Dentist. That Dental Bridge has some minor break on coating/layer over metal (PFM Bride). Please suggest 1. Can PFM Bridge be repaired & if repaired successful like new bride? Or should I go for new? 2. How it cost?

Hi, Recently I had filling in my teeth between molars.. there was a slight cavity which was between teeths and my dentist said they do composite filling however it won't sustain for long as there is no balance for filling. So may I know what else can be done for permanent solution apart from RCT
