Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is this wisdom tooth growing in a way that it has the probability to crush my tooth that's in front of it

I went dental filling in April ...from then my filling has washed away and became smaller day by day...a week before I started getting sharp pain momentary pain accompanied by a small cracking sound when I pulley my mouth with cold water...the pain stops as soon as the cracking sound occurs...my doctor suggested me to go for iopa ...can you please verify my iopa report... Hi, Currently my dad is suffering from severe gum pain in the right side. He is also diabetic. As per prescription, Amoxyclov and zerodol is being consumed, but it is not of much help. Can someone please help with letting us know if there is some better medication. Also the teeths are healthy. Thanks in advance.

My baby started having teeth from his 4th month. I'm breastfeeding him during night. Now he has 7 teeth. Lower middle incisors are having tartar like stains. Previously I was just cleaning his teeth with just fingers. Now started with finger brush.
