Swollen gum near wisdom teeth

Feeling like swollen gum under wisdom teeth.when i touches my tounge i feel like swollen.otherwise no issues. Doing salt water gargel for 2days and rinse with a mouthwash called chlorhexidine mouthwash ip. I dont know if its swollen or I'm making a mistake. What can i do...please suggest me some medicines.

I have pain and swollen gum from wisdom tooth for the past 2 days. I have taken pain killer but it only helps for few hours.
