Slight small scratch on tongue, no pain, no burn. It comes and goes automatically. Observing since 2,3 months. Please suggest medicines for preventing the same. Had becosules tab for 10 days earlier.

I have zirconia crown on my front 4 teeth. And my lower front teeth are moving slowly due to relapsed ortho treatment despite wearing retainers. Can the zirconia cause damage to my opposing teeth?

My question is that is there a chance of the inner teeth inside the crown being damaged while changing crowns on recrowning?
