Tooth and Mouth Problems

Good afternoon sir/madam I have got wisdom tooth n s in not proper position.. I had consulted dentist but then I had no pain.. So sir said to leave as of now because the surgery may loosen other teeth.. but now I get pain now and then.. And the same side of wisdom teeth (i.e.,left side) I always have felt that my face s little swollen.. Is it becoz of wisdom teeth?? Will the extraction of wisdom teeth cause asymmetry of face? Am confused whether to get it removed or leave it like that.. please help

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from pain near wisdom teeth, specially during eating,I have to chew my food from other side. it is causing fever during late evening and early morning since last 2-3 days. I have a cavity with out pain and some portion damaged. One doctor suggested RCT with cap and another doctor suggested filling with cap . Which one is best ?
