Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a retreat root canal on first lower molar since that tooth was hurting even after the root canal which was done an year ago. Dentist took an x-ray and said I have cavity on the second molar and pocket of 4mm. Told to do Deep cleaning and cavity filling. Is there any cavity seen on this tooth? And any pockets? Is deep cleaning necessary for pocket of 4mm?

Need some dentist's opinion for my 8 yr old kid's xray and treatment plan. He was going to dentist for regular cleaning and didn't go last year due to pandemic. He had his cleaning recently and the dentist spotted cavities on his teeth. He said that has to be immediately filled and he suggested something like coating on other few teeth to protect the teeth and prevent cavity(he said it leaves as it is and doesn't get bigger). He said some abbreviation like Sdf for this coating. I got the treatment plan from the dentist. I would like to know the professional opinion for these x-rays and treatment plan.

Sir i went trough a surgical extractionvof my horizontal impacted teeth... Sir it has been 10 days but my pain is not relieved . I have also taken antibiotic for 5 days. And taking pain killer regulary till now . I got composite fillings between my upper central incisors and also between the upper lateral and central incisors due to cavities. Now I realised that I am unable to floss. The floss isn't simply getting through these teeth which were filled. The filling is acting as a barrier for the floss. I use Colgate waxed dental floss. I got these cavities in the first place because I didn't floss. I started flossing only recently. What should I do? I'm worried I might get cavities under the fillings. Are there alternatives to flossing? Should I wait for a few days and keep checking if the floss will go through the teeth? Please help me!

I am suffering from Bruxism since past 18 months which has affected my life badly. A well reputed dentist checked my X Ray and told me to get CBCT done for wisdom teeth. But then he honestly said that in my case horizontal wisdom teeth extraction is not possible since it is resting on mandibular nerve and there are high chances of facial parathesia.
