Toothache and swelling after last teeth
I have toothache in after my last teeth left side. Also I can see white spot overthere along with swelling seems like something coming up. Kindly advise to manage the pain.

Hello, It’s probably associated with your wisdom tooth as your symptoms suggest. However, to be sure you can share a photo of the associated tooth and also the X-ray to aid in proper diagnosis and accordingly we can plan the treatment.

That white spot could be an abscess. You have to visit a dentist. It may go for a root canal treatment.

Its probably impacted wisdom tooth which causes pain and swelling. Since I have not seen clinical picture, I don't know if upper wisdom tooth is buccally inclined or not.
