I am having too much of pain and swelling , for which I am not able to concentrate , taken powergesic painkiller still pain not settling , finding it difficult to open my mouth. What can I do

Severe pain in tooth.. Can't take heavy doses. Please suggest some mild pinkiller for pain.. Issue in digesting strong medicine

So let me clear something i have never smoked, tobacco,drugs or alcohol i have done none of them i am 17 I was just looking at my tongue cos my tongue looks really dirty even tho i am clean my gums and tongue has discoloration i was just looking at them when i see this small spot had some bleeding on it i touched and rubbed it alittle and it stopped.I took photos of my tongue and i just noticed a big weird hole like spot(i am pretty sure this whole spot wasn't bleeding it was a small spot)i know that tongues have lumps and bumps everywhere i will share pics to confirm if something's wrong about it except discoloration stripes on both sides Left-Right

Is there any other option available for crooked teeth and straightening of then without using braces?
