Very sensitive crown
I had got done a root canal procedure on a premolar 3 months ago. For the last 3-4 days, the crown of the tooth has been extremely sensitive.

Hello dear, the root cause of the sensitive of the tooth is exposure of dentinal structure to hot and  cold substance, where the nerve n blood supply will be there, you underwent root canal procedure were the nerve get   removed, so the sensitivy of the tooth   may be from another teeth .
Next Steps
___ Hydent pro sensitivity toothpaste apply pea size on all over the tooth surface for 5 minutes later rinse with water  and  brush your teeth

Sometimes it happens due to any issue in adjacent tooth Get an xray done to rule out any problem with the rct treated tooth After a proper check up and xray the reason behind the sensitivity can be given
