Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
A possible impacted molar, will trouble you if you do not consult with an oral surgeon on time .Pain won't go away on its own. Moreover the pressure on second molar can cause pain.
Next Steps
An OPG assessment by an oral surgeon will be helpful. :)
Health Tips

Hello dear , hope you are doing good.
As you said there is a swelling may be thats because of an underlying infection so do visit a nearby dentist for proper treatment and diagnosis.
Hello madam,
Hope you are staying safe. It may be an infection of gum or tooth. It has to be diagnosed by us. And please visit your nearby dentist or us to diagnose and treat the cause of the swelling. It will not go away by itself and if it reduces on its own also, they have more chances for recurring again.
