My jaw wired upper and lower
My jaw wired today it is opened for eating but my mouth not opening properly and my two teeths also get blacknesss ? And doctor not opened wires on teeth why ? When he opened that also ? Is anything serious ?

Hello sir,
Hope you are better now. It seems like you have undergone splinting. Those wires will be removed soon after your teeth and jaw are perfectly stabilized.Your mouth requires time to get adapted. You can do some mouth opening exercises if you dont have any pain. It ll loosen up your mouth muscles and please dont strain or dont do the exercises vigorously such that you get pain.
