Hi!! It can be done for sure since you are young and the bone is still mouldable , it would be great if you could share some Intraoral pictures if you have any, so that I could guide you , cost will be anywhere between 70k-1L if you are getting it done in Delhi , as not everybody does this procedure, few specialists are there who do it , and hence the higher cost, rest if you could share pictures , I could guide you further.

Before going for dental treatment, need to check with an ENT specialist to know the root cause for mouth breathing like adenoids and if it is still persistent better to take treatment.
