hello, for ulcers apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal the ulcers. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

Mouth ulcers can be caused due to exam stress or spicy food or an injury. It will take about a week's time minimum to heal completely. Meanwhile you can start multivitamins like becosules and chewable bit c tablets limcee. Avoid spicy food . Do warm water and salt rinses
