Since she's still 11, her dentition and jaw ratio needs to be clinically assessed. If its still in mixed dentition, intervention treatments can be tried depending solely upon the dentition. If permanent dentition is erupting /fully erupted , then braces/ aligners or surgery are options.
But the final treatment option depends after OPG, Lateral Ceph x rays, model analysis or digital scanning.
Costs vary from specialist to specialist. In a metropolitan city like mumbai there are variety of options if looking financially. But I'd advice to opt for Orthodontist specialist.
Next Steps
Consult the dentist who is specialist, well trained and has good mouth review for their work outcomes.

Hello,
Since her age is 11 and at this stage if the lower jaw seems to be protruding, chances of this increasing are high since she has not completed her jaw development.
Whether it can be corrected with surgery or with orthodontics (braces) would depend on the degree to which the jaw is protruding.
The cost would vary depending on what kind of treatment she requires
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist/ orthodontist (braces specialist) to guide you better.
Just consult an orthodontist... By looking at the patient and examing it , he can rule out the treatment options. Don't wait and consult soon. An orthodontist is specialist of braces teeth alignment, aligners , jaw correction.

Just for a rough idea, it depends on what are we trying to achieve. Only Esthetic correction or also improve the functionality.
At times, surgical correction becomes necessary to achieve successful treatment outcome.
Next Steps
Please consult an experienced orthodontist, and discuss about orthognathic surgeries.
