No it is not a problem.it is a permanent tooth that is coming lingually.i suggest you to please observe if deciduous teeth shed within 6-12 months.otherwise extraction could be required.for further details you can consult me

Its natural . Deciduous teeth shed off and permanent tooth come. ..it will come in aline with other teeth with eruption. Dont worry. Nothing is there to worry.

Guess your daughter is between 6-8 years its her permanent lower front teeth thats erupting better get a consultation asap and remove the milk teeth thats supposed to go by now but its still present to prevent further issues
