A possible injury to the lingual nerve during tooth extraction.Usually it can reverse after a short duration but since its been a long time. Refer to a oral surgeon.

Numbness after extraction could be due to injury to nerves below wisdom tooth. You need to consult neurologist for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello madam,          Hope you are better now. It may be due to some minor nerve injury on tongue during wisdom tooth extraction. Please consult a maxillofacial surgeon and a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment and please dont lose hope as the minor nerve injury is reversible.
