Geographic tounge vs ulcer vs cancer
As shown in the picture I have this redness on my tounge. I had this after I burnt my tounge regularly. It doesnt pain. Does the tounge cancer look like this? It has been more than three weeks since I burnt it. No history of tobacco alcohol or anything

See it's not cancer. But if their is constant irritation and burning sensation then their might be some problem. It's better you consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Because single picture won't be that much helpful. Need to know full history.

Hay consult in proper way. If it is more then three week then you need proper evaluation. Dont think about cancer. Many other lesions are there on toung. Like fungal or other white and red lesions of various cause. But need proper evaluation for the diagnosis. May need biopsy.

consult me or ther maxillofacial surgeons or oral pathologist.
