Sir from last 2-3 days my father has I think ulcer in tounge please tell I am attaching pic kindly tell what it is

Hie.. yea it’s an ulcer only.. it could be due to sharp tooth impinging on the tongue.. or could be because of upset stomach ..need to rule out For now apply dolo gel-CT and so warm saline rinses ..
