I have been having red rashes on my tounge for three days .i'm having ulcer in my mouth for last 2 days.

Hi mostly ulcers and rashes in mouth are due to vitamin deficiency or gastric /nutritional problems. U can take b complex capsules course for 15 days and for ulcers apply dologel. Avoid very sour or hot of spicy food
