I have been having tounge ulcer, I can't speak properly, I felt very pain while I am sleeping and how can reduce my mouth in water.

Hello sir, first think of how long you have this ulcer if  you it more than a 2-3 days then its a common ulcer which is due to some vitamins deficiency, you got to take lot if water and healthy foods If the ulcer is there for a longer time then my advice will be consulting a dentist and getting the treatment done.

Hi, Apply Dologel on the ulcer 4-5 times a day. Kindly dry the affected area with cotton and apply dologel on the ulcer. You ll get relief from pain as well as it subsides in around 7 days time.
