Tounge Black Pigmentation
My wife having black colour in tounge for the last 3-4 years..no pain or no discomfort..we consulted with a dentist 4-5 months back and he said nothing to worry.and gave anti oxidants, Now she is pregnant we feel that the colour change is spreading so I attaching her tounge picture first one is recent and second one is taken in 2021.. She is having no health issues Only mild pcod What is this is is this pigmentation?? Or something serious? How to manage It? Tensed because it is spreading slowly

Hi ! This isn’t pigmentation actually.. the pigmentation appears too thick over your tongue but it seems to be spreading.. don’t neglect.. consult your gynaecologist first and later consult the particular speacialist recommended by her .. becoz we shouldn’t take a chance during pregnancy.. if there is no harm itz fine .. but what if it is .. ?? Kindly consult.. your doctor!

Hai Its just pigmentation no need to worry . Might be due to some medication side effect also If it is spreading and feeling discomfort like burning sensation or anything You can visit dentist once

Don't worry it's just pigmentation, which happens when patient is having hot foods or liquid or solid things, or drinking less water
