I found these 3 teeth in this condition, small sensitivity in that area. What kind of treatment is available without drilling if those are cavities?

Looks like caries !! They will increase in size and cause more discomfort with time without treatment ! The caries has to be cleaned and a restored which is not possible without drilling

Hi,
The picture shows that there might be a start of a cavity. I suggest you met the dentist immediately and get it checked. If it is a cavity, there is no other treatment option besides drilling the tooth.
