Hi.. maxillary second molar has deep cavity, it will go for RCT and crown. In regards to your wisdom tooth, keep them under watch. As and when they trouble you, go for treatment as per position and condition of tooth at that time.As of now leave them as it is.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist for check up once or twice a year
Hello
The x ray shows that the upper left and right second molars have deep cavity and they might require RCT.
But a small intra oral x ray (Iopa) will be more definite and specific before planning the treatment.
Also, your symptoms will also be a factor in deciding the treatment.
Talking about the wisdom teeth, right now, the upper teeth are fine as they are erupting straight. But the lower ones are mesially tilted and they might create pocket formation or cavity in the adjacent tooth. So a regular follow up is required for them.
