Tooth decay
My upper left left pre- molar has partially decayed and it is causing me a bit to pain which I want to get rid of. I have been advised to go for post and core treatment according to my x-ray. The treatment is quoted at 7k which I know is expensive according to the market rates I have limited resources but I want to get this fixed. Can anyone suggest a better and an inexpensive option?

Hi...xray shows tooth structure is destructed to almost more than half of its size...so you have two options    1) extract this tooth n replace it with bridge(but you are too young to loose tooth.. 2) RCT followed by post and core and crown...To cut down cost you can opt for less expensive crown...This treatments are bit expensive but it will be long lasting, with proper maintenance it will last you long....I would suggest option 2 for you....if you have any further questions, do consult me..I will be happy to help
