As your wisdom tooth (last tooth) is tilted, the second last tooth has become carious and broken. The food gets lodged between these two teeth. You need to have your wisdom tooth removed. And get your second last tooth repaired and capped.
Next Steps
Consult your dentist. He may xray your teeth.
Health Tips
Even if it is not painful, do get your tooth repaired. If it breaks more, it will be not repairable in future and might need removal then.
Hello sir,
Hope you are doing good. The right side last molar has cavity and it needs to be treated. The left side molar has improper direction of growth. If it is troubling you can extract the tooth.
Your teeth is not in shape because it is having caries from back side.
You will need to get an xray and according to that xray you need to get cementation or root canal treatment done.
