Hello dear!!
Even though there are no cavity present, tooth sensitivity may be due to rough toothbrush, excessive pressure leading to abrasion, abfraction etc. we need to first find out and rule out any of these condition because desensitising toothpaste only offers some relief. However, its not a permanent solution. So get a consultancy done and then you can plan the treatment accordingly,
Hi...Try using sensodyne toothpaste...twice daily...take a little bit on fingertip and apply on teeth and leave there for a minute or so and thn brush it like you regularly do...Mostly this will reduce ur teeth sensitivity...Avoid very hot and very cold food items for few days..
Hello dear
Sensitivity is no because of cavity it can be due to aggressive brushing or brushing in a wrong manner as it can expose dentine at the gum level , so advice you for dental checkup for examination .
And for medicated toothpaste don't use ot for longer period of time . Once the sensitivity reside switch to your regular toothpaste.
Health Tips
Apply any medicated toothpaste on your sensitivity area , keep it for 1 min and rinse properly. after that don't eat or drink for 15 minutes. do it twice in a day
