Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having very big front teeth  and some small gaps and i am very embarrassed while posing for a pic. What's the solution for my problem. How can i get a good smile.

Can I use thermoseal tooth paste as a alternative to vantej toothpaste for sensitivity... My dentist told to use vantej can I use thermoseal

I brush my teeth often but still my mouth smells. I have little sensation in my teeth sometimes.how ever no sentivity in teeth while eating hot or cold

I need to know what all problems do I have. I want a full mouth modification. So, let me know who can help me.

I am having two two joint zirconia crowns on my six maxillary anteriors.one which i was having two lateral incisors missing by birth and one decidous canine.On place of lateral incisors i was having permanent canines which were shaped into incisors and first premolar shaped as of canine.Because of joint i feel extreme discomfort.My decidous teeth got infected and need extraction on which place ill got an implant.I am thinking to go for all emax crowns for implant and all teeth.I m confused whether i should go for zirconia layered ceramic/emax or full emax crowns plz suggest

I am a final year Engineering student. My left zygomatic arch was pressed very hard in a wrestling match on 18 of August (head was between forearms of opponent and got pressed very hard through the left zygomatic bone) after the match I had severe pain in the left arch. Ater one day I started having dizziness and the stabbing pain had spread to my nose, between my eyes and forehead, I had done the CT scan of my facial bones and MRI of head and the were normal but still I have dizziness,pain in the arch,nose and forehead. Plus whenever I do something heavy I have severe pain in the mentioned area and bloodshot eyes. I wonder if my left zygomatic arch has got depressed a bit without getting fractured. I really want to become normal, start working out and get back to normal routine as this condition is very frustrating and painful.

My teeth are getting discolored.Mostly my lower teeth have become yellowish.How much I brush those teeth that doesn't effect anything.And have the upper teeth also become discolored (I am not talking about the dental bridge,I am talking about the natural teeth).What us the reason of this teeth discoloration and how to get rid of this problem?

I was being physicaly and mentaly harrased by dentzz.They did smile makeover on which first they give 6 unit bridge zirconia crown.on my complain changed it again whith 2-2 joint zirconia crowns.I was having lot of discomfort.On consultation from other dentist got to know she crowned my one deciduous teeth which is infected now and need extraction,i was having two lateral incisors missing by birth which she converted into incisors, and my first premolar converted into canine which feels uneven and bulky.Now dentzz is saying to extract milk tooth and get a bridge which will need trimming of my one more healthy teeth,more reduction in tooth structure for getting single single crowns,and possibility of root canals on all treated teeth.on consulting diff dr one said implant is not possible as other tooth root adjacent to it has delicerated root.3 dentist said implant can be place no risk.Some say emax is good for front teeth some say zirconia layered with emax is good am confused need help

I have a lip bump on my lower lips  from last 1 month. I did use acne patch on it but later nothing happened also it is painless but bother as it is on my lips. Kindly help me in the same?

Any good suggestions of Dentists for Teeth Whitening process. I need the same for my dark yellow teeth.
