Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've had a mouth ulcer (around 0.7-0.8 cms in diameter) for over 5 days, I've used lexanox plus gel 2-3 times a day and also took Pfizer's B-complex tablets for the past two days but the size isn't reducing. What should I do now?

I have been using a dental bridge since 2015.Now, it has become yellowish and the shade doesn't match with my original tooth.If I want to replace my bridge is it possible or is their any risk for the side teeth to get damaged?

I am having two two joint zirconia crowns on my six maxillary anteriors.one which i was having two lateral incisors missing by birth and one decidous canine.On place of lateral incisors i was having permanent canines which were shaped into incisors and first premolar shaped as of canine.Because of joint i feel extreme discomfort.My decidous teeth got infected and need extraction on which place ill got an implant.I am thinking to go for all emax crowns for implant and all teeth.I m confused whether i should go for zirconia layered ceramic/emax or full emax crowns plz suggest
