Painless ulcers
I am having painless pimple like by the side of lower molars   when I move around my tongue i feel it  like something small pimple like. but next day it's gone it happen in every week or days later but I rarely got mouth ulcers what it could be my age 22

Kindly see a dentist or a oral surgeon So that causes can be ruled out considering your age itmay be apthous ulcer which is quite normal but still I gues clinical pic will be helpful for us to diagnose..

Hello dear Please be advised See they can be any type of ulcer- traumatic, recurrent apthous,marjolin  or decubitus.i suggest you to please share pic and history for confirmation of diagnosis and best treatment.it is must because it is a reoccurring condition and needs to be sorted out.for further details you can consult me Thanks

Hello It looks like a tooth infection. You will have to upload a picture of the pimple for a better clarity. It will require a clinical examination by a dentist followed by treatment.
