I've developed a painless pimple in lower 2-3 days ago with 2 mouth ulcers in gums and tongue. What is it? The pimple was hurting 2-3 days ago but now it's not.

It is just an ulcer. It will heal within 2-3 days. You can apply Mucopain gel and it will be healed. There are many reasons for ulcers like trauma, hot foods and drink, vitamin deficiencies, stress, infections, habits,etc
