There are many lesions of the mouth that looks white . A shared picture might be much helpful to identify.any treatment or medication is dependent on the type of lesion/ patch . However these white patches are totally curable with medication / laser therapy. You may visit a dentist and get it checked.

Hii those white patches can be any possible thing such as ulcer , continued cheek bite which have probably become painless , if you have any tobacco habit then it could be due to that , leukoplakia and more But let's be at a positive part and not skip to the scary one's

you should Firstly maintain your oral hygiene, stop tobacco chewing if you do , avoid spicy and hot food for a while and use bitadine gargle diluted with water,  any antifungal ointment and multivitamin coarse for a month

Thank you for sharing your concern. Don’t worry about white patches it can be treatable. It could be traumatic ulcers, aphthous ulcer or some time leukoplakia , may be chronic irritation .
Next Steps
I recommend , initially start with tropical anti -fungal ointment , oral hygiene maintenance with mouthwash,followed by vitamins supplements
