Mouth ulcer painless

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have mouth ulcer for padt two days and it is completely painless i quit smoking 1 month ago. I feel anxiety but this painless ulcer i have for the very firdt time before i had ulcers but not painless i am worried as it is the first symptom of oral cancer please help

Ulcer in mouth which does not heal for 3 weeks need to be investigated with caution. Painless ulcers are most common due to stressful environments, vitamin deficiency etc. As the saying goes "COMMON THINGS OCCUR COMMON" it is a very common stress ulcer only. No need to panic at such early stage
