This appears to be a traumatic ulcer, which is often caused by accidental biting, sharp teeth edges, ill-fitting dentures, or irritation from braces.
However, an accurate diagnosis can only be made after a clinical examination. I recommend visiting our clinic for a thorough assessment to rule out other possible causes and begin appropriate treatment.
I’ll be happy to assist you and ensure you get the right care and relief.

Hi! This could possibly be a mucocele or a traumatic ulcer caused by repeated lip biting or minor injury. Since the lump has been present for 3 months and has slightly increased in size, it’s important to get a clinical evaluation by a dentist or oral surgeon. If it doesn’t heal on its own, minor surgical removal may be required. It’s usually harmless, but should be properly examined.
Hi,
As per the picture it looks like an injury due to lip biting or external hit. As it is persistent since 3 months, it can develop a cyst transformation like Mucocele etc.
