My two or three front bottom gum are paining when I eat . It feel like there is needle there its paining from 2 -3 days

I had orthodontic correction when I was 15 years old..for both upper and lower teeth...after corretion was done I wore removable retainers on upper teeth for close to one year..lower teeth the doctor fixed a fixed wire behind lower front teeth. From last 15 years I dint get retainer removed. Just few weeks back the lower teeth retainer wire came out. Should I go to dentist and get new wire.. Or else since 15 years are over since orthodontic correction have the teeth set to their position? How much does it cost to get small wire bonded again ?

I have taken orthodontic treatment. After that j haven't used retainer clip. Now there is some gab between tooth..please suggest some solution.. I spent 25000 for this treatment..

Hey 2 days back I noticed I was biting my cheek alot, then I noticed a white spot in my cheek near the point where the teeth meet. It was not there a day back, I also saw it had a red wound like mark bw it but it dissapeared overnight. But the white spot is still there. although seems to have gotten better. what can it be?

What is the meaning of "Extraction i.r.t 18 (wisdom tooth)"? Actually I have problem with my lower left wisdom tooth. Is i.r.t 18 means lower left wisdom teeth extraction? Please help me in understanding. Thanks in advance

Hello Doctors, I'm looking for the guidance for my dad. He has Leukoplakia as diagnosed by the dentist and a physician. It happened due to wisdom tooth was removed accidentally. We took the medications. Initially 5-6 months, we were taking medications from the dentist and it recovered well. But from last 1.5 months, my father started feeling the needless pain around jaw and tongue also, started getting numb. We went to a physician  Dr. A.P Singh. He told to take 15 days medicines and again, it started giving relief but after 22 days, that doctor changed the medicines because pain was unbearable. Last week, he wasn't able to eat anything. No medicines, no food. It might be a case of side effects. For now he's stable. We are visiting an ENT specialist to get the future diagnosis. They can suggest if we need to get Biopsy done or not. Please Help!
