My one side cheeks is normal . Other right side I can see it's more fatty I am attaching pic . Beacuse of this whenever I am eating it's geting biteed

Hello Sometimes the fatty tissue in the cheek leads to such kind of problem but mostly it is due to the wisdom tooth that has erupted out of line towards the cheek especially the upper wisdom tooth. So yes in your case you have to get your wisdom tooth removed (the upper one). You need to visit a maxillofacial surgeon for the same.

One of your teeth in upper region needs to get reduced on right side..The teeth is causing problem by pinching on cheek from inside..
