Hi...lower jaw pain might be due to erupting lower wisdom tooth or reffered pain of upper tooth and cheek bit..Get OPG xray done for full mouth and visit dentist and ask him to slightly round off sharp edges of upper third molar, this will give instant relief from cheek bite.Post OPG once u get it done so I can advice you further and can determine exact cause of lower jaw pain

There could be two possibilities.
As you got your upper wisdom tooth but you don't have lower wisdom tooth, due to this whenever you chew your cheek gets crushed and creates injury in cheek area.
Because of which you may be feeling referred pain in lower tooth area.
Or, Second possibility can be Erupting lower wisdom tooth.
