Hello Sir
It is very common to feel sensitivity in the teeth at your age because as the aging progresses the bone support of the teeth decreases leading to the root exposure of teeth that leads to sensitivity in the teeth. You can try using any over-the-counter available anti-sensitivity toothpaste such as sensodyne or thermoseal for one week but if the problem continues even after that you will have to get the teeth properly checked, because this can also be due to cavity or decay in some tooth that will not get relieved by using any means of toothpaste and that will need a proper treatment.
