Hi,
The calculus deposits usually proceeds to periodontitis wherein your teeth becomes loose. So in order to avoid that kindly Get a professional Scaling (cleaning) done firstly.
Next Steps
Secondly proper oral hygiene maintenance is must. For instance Brushing twice regularly and also gum massage is advised on a regular basis. Professional scaling every twice a year will further improve your oral health.

Hi
Since you are not brushing your teeth there is plaque and calculus deposition on your teeth. This calculus irritates your gums as a result your gums are swelled(gingivitis) if this condition remains for a prolonged time it turns into periodontitis(swelling of the fibres holding your teeth) that is why you feel that the teeth are mobile.
Hello dear
Please be calm
I suggest you to maintain oral hygiene maintainence by brushing twice a day and rinsing with water after every meal.for further details you can consult me
Thanks
