Odontarrupophobia . Fear of brushing teeth. Your friend need some counselling regarding her fear of brushing teeth. Did she had some bad memories of brushing teeth ? . If yes then counselling would be first priority. Motivate her to brush her teeth by doing exercise like brushing your teeth along with her etc. There can be plenty of diseases associated with this and most likely is that she will lose her teeth at an early age as compared to someone who regularly maintains his/her oral hygiene.
