How many times we should brush our teeth and how?  I have gap in molar teeth and one molar tooth has cavities and can't eat from it

You should brush your teeth twice daily. Brush upper teeth with downward strokes and lower teeth with upward strokes. Clean all surfaces of you all teeth. You can watch you tube videos for reference Get your dental treatment by condition a dentist for decayed tooth and spaced teeth
