Blood from left 1st molar while brushing

Asked for Female, 6 Years

I have been observing that whenever my 6 yo brushes at night, blood come out from her 1 molar on the left. It happened consecutively for few days a month back and then it stopped but now again since yesterday I am noticing blood in the mouth while brushing and today she spitted more blood than usual. I am planning to go to the dentist tomorrow but till then any advise on why this is happening will be highly appreciated.

Hello. It is difficult to comment without clinical examination in this case but as per your description it seems that bleeding is from the gum over the last tooth. You should get a regular check up done so that it can be analyzed
