Sir if your gums bleeds while brushing that means your gums are swollen and it is because of debris and calculus , you need to get your teeth cleaned.
Till then you can use gumpaint to decrease swelling of your gums that is ZINGISOLE gel.

Here bleeding is possibly a result of gum diseases and not the disease itself. So treat the disease. Your dentist will decide the treatment based on its severity. In initial stages scaling helps.
