Namaskaram, a cusp is what makes a molar, a molar. A dental surgeon will help you to determine if your broken tooth has disturbed the pulp of the tooth. A radiograph would tell you whether the fracture is something to worry about. If yes, a root canal with a crown is recommended or else just a filling would suffice. Team Shambhala.

Consult with a dentist
Online now
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray. If 40-50 natural tooth support is available, no root caries, no furcation involvement and recoverable abscess then the teeth can be saved by root canal treatment followed by capping or onlay. If the loss is extensive then tooth extraction and subsequent tooth replacement has to be done.

Dr. Rai is absolutely correct.. a night guard might help but biting force should be balanced before that.. biting with one side teeth for long may cause soft tissue injury on the unaffected side also so should visit a dentist asap .
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist

Chipped and cracked teeth may require fillings or crowns depending upon the extent of break. Kindly check for sensitivity if any. You also need to identify if the multiple tooth cracks are as a consequence of strong biting forces. Get your dentist to check you for evidence of night grinding.
Next Steps
consult your dentist

You will require to visit a dental clinic. An X-ray of both teeth is required. If the cavity is deep a root canal will be required. If at all the tooth is fractured then generally an extraction is required depending on the type of fracture.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist.
Health Tips
Do not chew from the affected side.
