Would advise an opg to assess the condition and subsequent visit to your dentist. However use strontium chloride 10% toothpaste, apply for 15 min on teeth, then normally brush as you would. Use soft bristles brush and brush gently.
Hi,
Based on my assessment, I recommend getting an OPG (Orthopantomogram) done so we can evaluate the extent of bone loss. One possible cause of bone loss could be underlying periodontal issues that may not have been addressed earlier.
Regarding the thinning of your teeth, we will be able to provide a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan after a detailed consultation.
I’ll be happy to assist you futher with this.
Next Steps
Dental Consultantation,OPG Radiograph,Usage of Splint/Night guard
Hi, You can use a soft bristle toothbrush with sensodyne repair and protect tooth paste and Clorox ADS mouthwash.
Consult a dentist and learn the brushing technique suitable for you.
Keep in mind that changing your tooth brush and paste won't reverse the tooth loss.
Hi! Since your teeth are sensitive, brittle, and you have a history of RCTs, I suggest using a soft bristle brush (like Curaprox or Colgate Slim Soft), and toothpaste like Sensodyne Repair & Protect or Thermoseal RA. Apply the paste, leave it for 2–3 mins, then brush gently.
For mouthwash, use alcohol-free options like Listerine Zero or Fluorigard. Also, keep wearing your night guard daily. If sensitivity doesn't improve, visit your dentist and get an OPG done for full evaluation.
Hello,
Re-RCT, if not done correctly, can cause discomfort on that particular teeth. Pain in other arears of the mouth can be a sign of either referred pain from an infected tooth or due to other reasons like Bruxism, generalised attrition of teeth or Dentinal Hypersenstivity.
Next Steps
Use the night guards to avoid further attrition of teeth and discomfort in the morning. Go for a thorough check up with a dentist in every quarter of the year.
Health Tips
Use soft bristle toothbrush with a gel based paste,
Hello
There might be a referred pain as well so check for the adjacent teeth as well.
You can do OPG for the exact diagnosis and consult with your dentist
