Dont panic. Just wait may be eruption of teeth. Dont try to disturb this. If beby having pain on that particular tooth than let me know. If no pain than wait and watch.

It's normal atleast shown by the picture ... It might be the erupting teeth , which is making the gum temporarily swollen ... Don't need to panic , try giving a better picture of entire dentition of your son.... For future events , try to visit a dental surgeon nearby ...
