Having white rough surface on my gums
Having the white roughness in my gums on the right side, same white roughness on the inside cheek same area, no sore throat, no problem in swelling, no chewing issue no taste problem but just feel of some irritation

Your description is suggestive that you are suffering from white patches in your mouth which can be of varied types. If it is associated with burning sensation better to show the same to a dentist in person and find out the root cause for the same.....
