cheek bite, due to upper last tooth. mouth rinse with warm salt water thrice a day. but the permanent solution is removal of upper last tooth.

It looks like cheek bite. It's because of the weird placement of your Upper wisdom tooth. Also your lower wisdom tooth hasn't erupted fully. If it's painful and bothering you, get an OPG- it's a full mouth xray, to get an idea of the position of your wisdom teeth. Discuss with an OMFS surgeon and then take a call. Take care. Stay safe.

Hello sir, This condition is cheek biting. It seems that you have either  upper wisdom tooth or your upper teeth are not in alignment. Many times these symptoms gets aggravated due to stress or lack of sleep.
