Mouth ulcers
I have got mouth ulcers on my tongue and it's very painful I am using Ora-fast 4 times a day and taking b complex once daily from past three days but the pain is still there and I am unable to talk

You can use ghee or butter in that area whenever you are free which will help to heal the ulcers fast.

If the ulcer appeared spontaneously it may be an Aphthous ulcer which may resolve with in a weeks period . The site is also common for that. Treatment is just symptomatic at this stage.

Use mouth wash three time a day. Apply betadine liquid on that area. It will heal fast. Slight warm water gargles 3 time a day. Avoid sweet for few days. If not heal in 6-7 day. Consult with doctor.
