Hello dear
Some time food lodged on that area cause infection. Use mouthwash it will help for few days. But proper consultation required may antibiotics help you to resolve this but taking only after consulting with doctor.
If their is any hinderence in the erupting pathways of wisdom tooth then you need to get it extracted. Because medicine will give you temporary relief only.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash.
Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
See , wisdom teeth are vestigial part of body as like appendix ... If it's giving a lot of pain , it's either impacted or decayed ... It's not in hands to keep , if it's giving pain every now and then ... Please consult with a dental surgeon nearby , it might be delayed for next few months or days according to the situation of tooth ...

Visit a dental surgeon
Health Tips
You can keep it for few months , if the pain subsides after completing the antibiotic regime ... But if you intend to keep it more around a year , remember it might affect the next teeth and then both might get extracted ...
