Tooth and Mouth Problems

Please suggest medicine to quti the habit of chewing tabbaco. Capsules or tablets. I am really worried

Hi doctor I have this habit of frequently hurting my mouth while brushing or while chewing. I tend to bite my skin. But nowadays I am getting mouth ulcers whenever I bite somewhere by mistake. Is it a cause to worry. These ulcers usually last for a week and are painful.

Hi there, when I hover my tongue on inner cheek I can feel very tiny bump.  Size is similar to the tip of the needle, it cannot be seen by eye but yes when we streach skin or through flash light on it,it appears as a dirty white colour,it seems like due to light it shines and appear as white , it seems like it do not grows as it is there for more then 2 months. I have a red spot on tip of my toungue , it has some swollen papillae . Actually it is light pink but after eating it becomes red I consulted with 4 dental surgeon they said it's a traumatic burn . At starting it was burning by eating spicy food ,but after putting the tess ointment it stopped burning now. It doesn't burn now, and first it was dark red now after one month it turned little light . please tell me if it will go or not , I'm worried I have posted one month's before picture and one month after picture

During teeth bonding for chipped tooth, some natural enamel is removed then bonding is done but if bonding breaks then natural tooth is again removed then again bonding placed if this process continues then no natural teeth with remain at the end?
